Today we will begin with clearing our energy space. Yes! Clearing space!
The truth is that we are all energetic beings and because we are empaths we are sensitive to other people's energy and our surroundings. We unintentionally tend to pick up their vibrational energies. This can make you feel all sorts of things and somehow block your super power from coming through clearly.
Why do we need to clear our space? In order for us to really get connected with our super power, we need to open up space to allow it to come through clearly and easily.
Have you ever noticed that after getting together with certain people you may tend to feel tired, drained, overwhelmed or anxious? Sometimes if your talking with a friend you and she begins to get emotional you tend to feel the same way? Another example is when you get home, and your house tends to feel heavy or you become agitated by the littlest things. In order to really notice what your intuition is we must first clear our space.
Clearing energy is essential to empath’s, intuitive’s , healer’s and lightworker’s. The great thing is that this is very simple to do. You can clear energy in many different ways. I'm going to share with you a few ways that can be quick and easy for you.
Create a sacred space. What is a sacred space?
This is a place in your home where you can sit and really get yourself grounded. Like a small alter can be created here. Please things that matter most to you. Flowers, crystals, candles, sage. photos, a bible what ever it is that is calling to be placed there it is different for everyone.
